コールドロールホット浸漬DC51D+Z亜鉛メッキ鋼板は、酸素の層でコーティングされて腐食から保護する鋼板の一種です。鋼は最初に冷たく転がって厚さを減らし、表面仕上げを改善し、次に溶融亜鉛のお風呂に浸します。亜鉛は、鋼の表面に保護層を形成し、錆や腐食を防ぐのに役立ちます。
DC51D+Zは、特定のタイプの亜鉛メッキ鋼シートの指定です。 「D」とは、鋼の描画品質を指します。つまり、その形成性を向上させるために特別に処理されています。 「C」は、鋼が冷たく巻き込まれていることを示し、「51」はメガパスカルズ（MPA）の鋼の最小降伏強度を指します。 「+Z」は、鋼が亜鉛で浸透していることを示しています。
